Can I trust Gendo with my sensitive images and data?
100%. We take the privacy of your designs very seriously and have measures in place to ensure your work stays confidential. If you’re on a Professional plan or above, we do not use your workspace data for training, marketing, or any other purpose — it stays private and only accessible to you.
What happens to my data if I close my account?
If you close your account, we securely delete your workspace data and generated content after a short retention period to allow for recovery if you change your mind. Your designs and images will no longer be accessible.
Can I upload NDA or sensitive project work?
Yes, Gendo is designed with sensitive commercial work in mind. Everything you upload or generate stays within your account and only accessible to you.
Can other users see my images?
No your Gendo account is private. Only you can see your spaces, inputs, and outputs.
Can the content be used for commercial purposes?
Yes — Professional and Team plans include a commercial use license for generated content.
How large a team can I have on a Team plan?
You can add up to 500 members, sharing one credit pool. One-off credit packs are available for larger teams.
What file format is the output?
All Gendo outputs are PNG files. You can export your images in 1K, 2K, or 4K resolution.
How can I manage or delete my personal data on Gendo?
To access, update, or delete your information: please go to your Account Settings and modify your details through the dashboard. For further action to request data removal, contact our support team at support@gendo.ai.
Does Gendo share my personal data with third parties?
No — we don’t share your personal data, except in limited cases where it’s necessary to operate the platform. This includes trusted third parties like payment processors and infrastructure providers.
